Poha Chevda

Ingredients:-
Nylon Poha 2 cup
Puffed rice/ mamra - 2 cup
Bhujia Sev- 2 tbsp
Peanuts - 4 tbsp
split gram roasted - 4 tbsp
dry cocont thin sliced- 1/4 cup
any mix chevda available ( khata mitha or bhel mix recommended )- 1/2 cup
Olive oil ( can use any cooking oil) - 4 tbsp
jeera - 1 tsp
rai (sarson seeds) - 1 tsp
Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
salt - 1 tsp

 Cooking Process:-
 take a bigger sized microwavable bowl and microwave poha for 1 min. now add puffed rice and microwave for another min. In a small kadai or seasoning bowl heat 1 tbsp oil and roast peanut till it turns brown now add peanuts in poha mix. Same way roast some split grams (chana) and coconut and mix it with poha. In the same kadai heat the remaining oil and prepare tadka for chevda by adding jeera, rai and all the remaining masalas. now pour this tadka slowly in poha mix n keep mixing chevda while pouring tadaka. now add bhujia sev and mix readymade chavana/chevda mix. mix all the ingrediants well and microwave it for another 30 seconds. mix again. Poha chevda is ready to serve.

 Tips:- You can add as many ingredients as you like, my kid enjoys eating cheeselings so i add that too in this chevda. You can add farsi puri, gnathiya, papad churi, khakhra too if you like.

Imli chutney is ready to serve. You can keep it refrigerated for 6-7 weeks.
