Ingredients :- Besan (gram flour) - 1 and 1/2 cup Boiled potato - 1 cup Salt- 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Garam masala - 1/4 tsp chaat masala - 1/2 tsp Haldi (turmeric powder) - 1 pinch Oil to fry Cooking Process :- Mix all the ingredients together and knead well , you can use ready to use mashed potatoes as well. The dough will be little sticky in the beginning but try to make soft dough with help of some drops of oil if needed , add 1-2 tsp besan if you think dough is very sticky.give 10 mins rest to the dough before making bhujiya, Now put the dough in sev making sancha (machine) and make bhujiya in hot oil. kepp the flame on medium heat and fry till brown. sprinkle some chaat masala after fying the bhujiya and break it into small pieces mix well and store in an air tight container.
